Joan has over 30 years of consulting and engineering experience, with a focus in the energy sector performing mechanical, process design and analysis for numerous utility projects. The experience includes detailed design experience in sizing process equipment and piping for natural gas facilities that involve vaporization, regulation, metering, electrical infrastructure and instrumentation. She has managed an array of projects, including both design and design/build projects. Her project experience includes LNG, natural gas, propane, and alternative fuel applications. Joan worked at two General Electric facilities in New York State where she gained experience in environmental compliance and permitting.
